A hearty welcome to you, dear music lover; you are the real force sustaining the good, sweet and melodious music of Malayalam Films and without you, no music can survive long. Raagalaya feel extremely proud to be a part of you and with your valuable tips and suggestions, we organised 12th edition of our music events on 4th February 2012 2012at Shanmukhananda Chandraskeharendra Saraswati Auditorium by giving the Life Time Achievement Award to Late Shri Johnson Master. The award, consisting 25000/- cash and Raagalaya Life Time Achievement Award Trophy was handed over to his family during the event followed by a grand dance performance by the most popular actress Ms Shobana & her troupe from Chennai along with a musical evening comprising ever-green hits of Late Shri Johnson Master presented by the well known playback singers Madhu Balakrishnan, Shweta Mohan, Kallara Gopan & Preetha Kannan . The most popular caricature artist/actor Jayaraj Warrier was the comperer of the show.

We plan to organise our award ceremonies for the living legends like Shri K Ragahavan, Shri Bombay Ravi, Shri Yousufali Kecheri, Shri Kaithapram, M Jayachandran etc and also stage music events in memory of Shri A T Ummer, Shri P Bhaskaran and many other well known personalities from Malayalam Music World in the near future.
